Error on Latest Upgrade

I'm getting these errors after latest update. What's happening?

Cache Cleaner cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Tabs cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Modals cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Sliders cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Tooltips cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
The Regular Labs Library folder is missing or incomplete: /home/uefapnet/public_html/libraries/regularlabs

Extension manager was not working:

Warning: require_once(/home/uefapnet/public_html/libraries/regularlabs/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/uefapnet/public_html/administrator/components/com_regularlabsmanager/regularlabsmanager.php on line 31

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/uefapnet/public_html/libraries/regularlabs/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear') in /home/uefapnet/public_html/administrator/components/com_regularlabsmanager/regularlabsmanager.php on line 31

so I reinstalled it. Everything is now working, I think.
