Can't uninstall dbreplacer

With the new UI its very confused. Says there is an update to dbreplacer but if you hit the bucket to delete it it errors, if you say update it updates and then if you try delete it says its uninstalled then when you go back to the main screen it says there is an update again.

its j4 4.1.5 and replacing both extension manager and db replacer still had the same error
uninstalling using the j! extension manager did work.

We're seeing extension adapter errors in line 333 on multiple sites with REglabs cachecleaner installed. Is it possible this is caused by cache cleaner?
Just wondering if the UI is causing you extra headaches.
It's the one common thing we have on all of our sites.
