HI,
I buyed the pro version of Article Anywhere a few minuts ago.
I then inserted the Download Key. The software seems to accept That (I get a green color when I click on the "save" button.
Unfortunately, after doing this, I get always the following message :
"Vous n'avez pas encore entré votre clé de téléchargement.
Sans clé de téléchargement, vous ne pourrez pas mettre à jour l'extension Articles Anywhere lorsqu'une prochaine version sera publiée.
Vous pouvez trouver votre clé de téléchargement sous Download Keys sur le site Regular Labs après vous être identifié·e."
What a deception and a pity! I'm now unable to begin to word with this plugin. Could you help me... or refund me ?

I have now tried to use the download key another Joomla website. On this site it works ( www.tri-articulation.info ) but not in the first site ( www.soi-esprit.info ) that is the most important for me. Why ?

Can you give me (super) admin so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

You probably have duplicate rows in the extensions table in your database pointing to Articles Anywhere.
If you don't mind losing any settings you made in the Articles Anywhere plugin:
Try uninstalling Articles Anywhere and then install it again...
If that doesn't work, I would also need to take a look at your database to see what is going wrong...

I'have uninstalled Article Anywhere one minut ago. Then I reinstalled it again. Unfortunately, the problem occurred again.
I'll send you my database accesses tomorrow afternoon.

The update site was missing. You may have deleted it. I did a rebuild on the Update Sites page. It should work now...
