PLease take a look at

When I install Advanced Moduel Manager, you will see the homepage slideshow appear 6 times.
I uninstalled Advanced Module manager, then reinstalled, then activated the plugin, and I am not having any luck.
Do I need to go modify all of my conditions?

Can you delete the _advancedmodules table and install again? See if the assignments are correctly converted to the Conditions...?
