Regarding Joomla 3.10.8
Good afternoon, I can download all components, modules and plugins but not update automatically like in the past.
"Could not get data from Regular Labs website. Please try again later." Do you have a server where the IP addresses of my sites are blacklisted?

It is more likely that your server is blocking calls to outside URLs via PHP.
It might be a temporary block because of some server security module kicking in.
See if you still get the message tomorrow.
