Showing code in top

When I insert .js-code in the header my site shows a lot of code i top.

I am using googles admanager where the ads consist of two pieces off code, that I try to place in the same module. One part should be placed in the head. The ad shows correctly, but in the top of the page a lot of code appears. See image.
