Problems installing the articles anywhere module

When I try to install the module in Joomla 3.10.8 it gives me the following error "Error
Esta extensión no es compatible con PHP Regular Labs Extension Manager. Necesita PHP Regular Labs Extension Manager o superior para poder instalar y utilizar esta extensión.
Error instalando plugin"

Then I try to install the lab extension manager module, but it gives me the same error again.
You can help me?

What php version are you running on? You can see this in the system information page in Joomla.

PS: The error message doesn't make sense because of issues in the language string (translation).
It should tell you which PHP version you are running on, and what the minimimum requirement is.

The language string is already fixed, and will be included in the next release.

The minimum requirements are:
- Up-to-date version of Joomla:
- - Joomla 3.9.0 or higher (for extensions compatible with Joomla 3)
- - Joomla 4.0.0 or higher (for extensions compatible with Joomla 4)
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- MySQL 5 or higher
