Languages cannot be set in AMM

Ron's Avatar Ron
In version 9.0.5 of AMM I can no longer set languages for my multilingual website. The language selection field has been removed in the modules.

Is this a bug? Where can I set the languages now?

This is correct.
Advanced Module Manager works with the Conditions. You can set the language inside the condition set.

Ok, but that's only for the Pro version? In the free version I can no longer set a language?
Peter van Westen's Avatar Peter van Westen ADMIN
No, the Free version of AMM also supports the conditions.
It only supports a subset, but that includes the Language conditions.

I cannot select a language for an existing module. This is reserved for the Pro version only. See the screenshot.

Is that a bug or is it correct?

I can now choose the languages. However, there are still differences between an existing module and a new condition.

Can you explain what you mean? What differences?

Ah, that's what you mean.
Yes, that is correct.

When creating/editing conditions via the module (AMM), the Pro only conditions are disabled.

When creating/editing conditions via the Conditions component, all conditions are available, as you might be creating this for something else than AMM. For instance, if you have the Pro version of ReReplacer installed.

For more information on the Conditions component, read:

PS: You could create a condition using 'Pro only' stuff, and then assign it to a module in the free version AMM.
All the Pro only conditions will however be ignored on the frontend.
