I'm not sure if this is a JCal Pro Problem, or an Email Protector issue.
torontocameraclub.com/index.php/calendar
Hover your cursor over January 15, 2022 on the Club Rented item and you will see email cloaking code...instead of just the email address.
Note that I'm using Joomla 3.10.4, and I have disabled the Joomla email cloaking plugin. I'm using the latest versions of your software.
Any suggestions?

This seems to be a thing done by JCal.
It seems to strip the text from HTML tags, but keep anything inside the javascript tags.
I recommend you ask their support.
