Kon geen data van de Regular Labs website halen. Probeer het later opnieuw.

Krijg nog steeds de melding:
Kon geen data van de Regular Labs website halen. Probeer het later opnieuw.
Dit duurt nu al enkele maanden, op 15 websites.
Wat moet ik doen?

Please keep the forum in English.

It probably means that your server/host is blocking connections to my server.
I recommend you ask your host about it.

Or the IP address of your server is on a global blacklist for whatever reason and is being blocked by my host.

I live in Indonesia and make my websites there at a Dutch hosting company.
I have contacted the provider, MrHostman. It is not blacklisted anywhere.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled all components and modules of Regular Lab.
I've been working through VPN (Norton), through a site in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, I keep getting the error message and can't update.
I get the message "Unable to get data from the Regular Labs website. Please try again later." to hold.

The VPN could be a cause of this, not sure.

Can you give me (super) admin so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

in other words, I can no longer contact your server.

In other words: I think the reason my server is blocking connections from your server, is that your IP is being used a lot for spamming and has been added to blacklists.
This is something you need to resolve with your host... or find a better host.

Even this doesn't promise much good!
