Hi there, on my installation the attributes in the subject do not work when placed into the tag. Does anybody know if there is any setting to setup from the admin back-end or if they are some bugs?

Those settings and attributes are only available in the Pro version.
The section about the custom close button wasn't very clear about that, so I added a line of text explaining that.
