Cache v7.51 button don't show on J! backend

With J! 3.10.xx I am strugging to fix the crash between gTranslate incompatible with mooTools or Mooquee or equivalent by installing on J! 3.9.28.

Hence i have to reinstalll your cache cleaner v7.51 to find a fix, installation ok as it create a module & a plugin. However somehow i dont see your usual "Clean Cache' button at the bottom of the BackEnd. Do you know why.

Login with the /?cleancache=XXX,, the cleaning work

It is already enabled .. I think J! is broken because the native cache cleaning is missing. Thank you for replying. I will update you gals if I find the reason.
