Better Prview always shows the following line above the preview window: "This post has unsaved changes" (translated from German) even if this is not actually the case.

This could be caused by server/database encoding.
Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

The issue was there because of a conflict with the Helix framework and SP Pagebuilder.
The fix will be included in the next release.
