Hello,
Updating sites with Watchful. I entered the regular labs download key in Watchful RegularLabs Download Key. This was always working (nothing changed), but now watchful gives: Invalid license key for this extension (for sites/all regular labs extensions).
I dont know if this is a problem with regular labs or watchful....

Yes we (Regular Labs and Watchful) are aware of the issue. We are working on a solution.
Hopefully it will be working again at the end of the day.

PS: The issue is with my host blocking a wide IP range that includes the IP addresses of Watchful.
I am trying to get them to white-list those IP addresses.

I am getting reports from Watchful that all things are running again.
Please ask Watchful to look into this. As they can see what is blocking it.

I have a valid key for the Sliders pro version which has always worked at Watchful

I have had no reports about this.
Please double-check your download key that is filled in at Watchful, and ask them about it if it doesn't work (but is correct).

Good morning Peter,
I checked the download key again in Watchful and it is correct (valid until December 2021)
The previous updates of Sliders Pro went well in Watchful.
Also sent a message to Watchful that it failed to update Sliders Pro from 8.0.1 PRO to 8.1.0 Pro.

Just wanted to let you know that this should be sorted now, please let me know if you still have the issue.
Now the same problem seems to be happening again.

Yes, this unfortunately regularly happens because of my host placing a block on a range of Amazon IP addresses which includes the Watchful servers.
I have not been able to negotiate a permanent solution from my host yet.

Thanks for the explanation. That means the only way to update is to download the latest version from the site and upload it through the appropriate pages.
Is a lot of extra hassle! I sincerely hope that the problem with the provider will be solved soon!
