We are trying to use Advanced Module Manager to display a module only between 6 and 12 o'clock. Unfortunately, this only works if we specify 5 o'clock instead of 6 o'clock and 11 o'clock instead of 12 o'clock. Our time is "Berlin", which is UTC minus 1 hour.
Could it be that Advanced Module Manager does not take into account the system time configured in Joomla?
