Module set to be shown on homepage only but it shows on other pages as welll

Patrick's Avatar Patrick
Hello

My website uses Hikashop. The start page "Home" is of menu type Hikashop categories overview page.

In module conditions I have set up two rules:

1)
Menu items
Include
checked "Home" only

2)
Hikashop categories
Include
checked root category only

Compare method of rules: All

The module is correctly shown on homepage.
The module is correctly NOT shown on sub categories of Hikashop.
The module is wrongly shown on all other CMS pages, for exmaple on about us page (Joomla article with assigend menu item).

Did I do a wrong configuration or is there a bug in the Advanced Module Manager?

Thanks.

Patrick

Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.

This could well be due to the template you are using.
The condition is being checked correctly.
But it looks like all conditions are being ignored and everything Advanced Module Manager tries to do is undone.

See if you can reproduce the issue with the Joomla core template.

I can't reproduce it using Cassiopeia template. There it works correctly.

So it's an issue of RT template using gantry framework.

Thanks a lot looking into this!
