2. maybe the following hint is important. I got it during the update after another extension.
-----------------
JInstaller: :Install: The file "[ROOT][TMP]/install_632411c90a983/index.html" does not exist.

Hmmm, that's weird.
Could be due to issues on your server with the tmp folder.
Try emptying your tmp folder (via FTP) and make sure the tmp path is set correctly in your Joomla configuration.
If that doesn't help, can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.
Well, found the plugin that is causing this:
Content Statistics
I switched on error reporting in your Joomla setup.
This plugin was throwing errors.
When switching the Content Statistics system plugin off, the installation of Advanced Module Manager goes well.
Also the Responsive Tables is throwing errors, but doesn't seem to interfere with the installation process.
I highly recommend you ask the developers of those extensions to fix their issues. Otherwise I would advise against using these extensions.
