My template loads images using this technique:

I noticed some weird behaviour on certain pages and found that when www.cpdnetwork.org/component/ajax/ ? is called in the page output that all com_custom modules in the debug position (regardless of their conditions) are loaded in the page as well - so they don't respect the AMM conditions set in the module. I noticed this happens as well if AMM is disabled. Do you think this a Joomla 4 bug then?

EDIT: If I disable AMM plugin then the access level condition is respected. So it seems its an issue with AMM and com_ajax.
