Hi, in a development area, where I just upgraded a site from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, I'm trying to remove Tooltips to investigate other issues, but if I start the uninstall I get a fatal error.
What can I do to fix it please?

Just remove the tooltips folders... then try to uninstall again from the Joomla admin.
