Issue with Advanced module manager Pro

Aikaterini Koutsouflaki's Avatar Aikaterini Koutsouflaki
Hello
I really do not know if it is a problem of my site or if it comes from the Advanced module manager.
Everytime i try to install it on my joomla 4 site, the whole site crashes! It was working like a charm when my site was joomla 3.

Sourcerer was installed without problems and it is working great on my site.

I have tried to install Advanced module manager 3 times and everytime the site returns HTTP 500 Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

Then i uninstall Advanced module manager and everything becomes functional again.

Can you please advise?

Thank you

Try deleting all files in the administrator/cache folder.

Looks like something is broken on your setup.
Maybe it is due to folder/file permissions.

See if completely deleting these folders and installing helps:
/administrator/components/com_advancedmodules
/plugins/system/advancedmodules

These folders do not exist in the following locations after uninstall
/administrator/components/com_advancedmodules
/plugins/system/advancedmodules

What still exists is #__advancedmodules table in database (zero records) and Regular Labs - Conditions that i believe was installed with Advanced module manager.

Any suggestions?

Well, the error is thrown by a file in that plugins folder:
/plugins/system/advancedmodules/advancedmodules.php
So it must exist.

Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.

Thank you.
Credentials are sent. There is no specific url to view the issue. After installation the frontend returns HTTP 500 Whoops, looks like something went wrong. It might take a min or two because of cache to through the errot.

I can't seem to be able to connect via FTP. Connection times out. Maybe your host has some block in place or something.

Also your Joomla setup is not uptodate. Please update to the latest Joomla version.
And it might be better to make a test version of your website to do this all on.
