Hello
For SEO reasons it would make sense to set the clickable slides titles into title tags, such as h2, h3.
In the plugin settings I can set title tag but regarding description there, it will be used only if sliders can't be handled or on print view pages:

Is there a way to use title tage for all pages even if slides can be handled?

The clickable link in the sliders cannot be a heading tag (by default).
That is what the hidden heading tag is for. That deals with the SEO side of things.
