Hello, I would like to replace the ' character with " in the running text. Now I have replaced it with the ", but this does not work in all places. How do I do that? Thank you very much!

That would be a dangerous thing to do. It would cause issues with any inline scripts that use (nested) quotes.
Best to do this via DB Replacer and only in the database tables and columns you really need to do this in (probably only in the introtext and fulltext of your content).
You should double-check that it will only replace it in stuff that is ok.
