Linking within the article is not correct

I use the latest versions of RL and Joomla.

Problem:
The index shows the individual subheadings within the article. Okay.
But the link does not point to the correct place.

For example: www.bildungsspiegel.de/news/wissenschaft...-inflation-gestiegen

How can I fix this problem?

This is down to your template having a floating menu.
You will see the same behavior with all inline anchor links on your site.

You can solve this through css:

.anchor {
    scroll-margin-top: 100px; // or whatever height your menu is
}
