The first h2 in the table of contents will be your site page
My site Joomla! remains at 3.9.19
If you use quick index, only the first page of the table of contents will load.
Is this because the version is old?
The management company is different, so I can't upgrade the version without permission so I can't try it.

There is no form of support on older versions.
