Can you please add support for scroll offset to be used in conjunction with Quick Index's anchored links?
We understand that we could manually use scroll-padding-top with CSS, but it would really benefit your users of Quick Index if this was built in natively to your plugin as a setting.
Naturally, this would be used to account for sticky menu items, as well as just better control over the scroll functionality within Quick Index.
As an added wish list item, it would be amazing to add this conditional (All Devices, Desktop Only, Mobile Only)

There are no plans to implement this.
Quick Index does not do any scrolling itself via javascript or so. It leaves this to the browser.
And the offset can - like you said - be done via css.
