Awesome extension! The index is generated perfectly. I'm using this code in my sidebar:.

The index with the links to the anchors are added perfectly. But it seems anchors are not added to the headers in my article. What am I doing wrong?

Ah, yes, thanks for the quick response Peter. I didn't realize it was necessary to add the index to the article to show it in another position. Doh! The Auto Index option in the pro version is awesome for this, worth it! Saves me a lot of time adding index to all my articles.
