thanks for your Quick Index extension which could save our society some work maintaining the tables of contents on the long pages containing the constitution and bylaws.

Is it possible to extend the Behaviour tab with an option to show list items without any signs (list-style-type: none)?

What do you think about an additional option to automatically add linked arrow up icons to the right of the headings (similar to auto-numbering) so visitors can easily jump to the top of the table of contents (not to the top of the page)?

I've done that manually some years ago here for example: www.dgfm-ev.de/ueber-uns/regularien/satzung

My problem: if I use Quick Index on that page these heading suffixes will displayed in the ToC. But The arrow symbols pointing upwards only make sense for the text sections below, not for the ToC itself.
