Worse, I created a new account with another email address, and the profile settings form doesn't save, with or without VAT number.
Thanks, I used Chrome instead of Firefox, and I was able to fill in the new profile. Unfortunately, the VAT number is still not validated by the service through your form, even though it is validated when I use the service directly. Therefore, I cannot proceed with purchasing licenses.
I tried a couple of times with the VAT number stored in your details. It sometimes goes through ok, sometimes not.
So yeah, an issue with the VIES server. They have issues regularly. Unfortunately, no way around it.
I recommend you try multiple times until it goes through ok.

My VAT number: FR0B443677927. When going directly through VIES, it works.
When going through your form, it doesn't work.
What should I do?
If I don't enter the VAT number, will the VAT details appear on your invoices?
