I want to renew my license für your extension but I can't pay, I choose Klarna sofort Überweisung with Postbank (the other methods do not work for me). I click the button Next, but nothing happens, the window "Transaction confirmation" and the following text ist displayed:
"Please check all the details in your BestSign app or on your device and confirm your order. In case you do not receive a push notification, please manually update your orders in the BestSign app."
I don't get any notification from BestSign and can't progress any further. I can't manually update the orders because BestSign shows that thare are currently no orders for approval. How else can I pay and renew the license?
As far as the info on the payment platform shows me, the payment orders get created but are still pending.
It is totally outside my control on how those work. Probably a (temorary?) issue with your bank or between the payment provider and your bank.

I have activated the automatic renew option. However, I have not found any information anywhere about how and from which account the money will be deducted. I want to check if the details for automatic debiting are correct. How can I do this?
The details of your last payment will be used for renewals. If you want to update them, or they fail, then you would have to renew manually and then those details will be used.
But seeing your payments seems to fail, then not sure you can do that.
I recommend doing the payments via a bank transfer for now. I am working on a new subscriptions/payment thing that will use paddle. That would mean that auto-renewals won't work for the first time anyway, because of the transition. So best to do the new payment via the 'normal' route next time.
