Which extension to trigger CSS setting

I have half a dozen URLs I would like to state as a condition to apply some CSS but cannot find such a choice in the dropdowns. Any direction appreciated. The URLs are Virtuemart pages. I display major category and sub-category pics but wish to only show text links when you drill down further. Dev site: gregw106.sg-host.com/

You could use ReReplacer Pro to add css to pages based on url (or other) conditions.
