Cannot purchase Articles Anywhere Professional with credit card

Hi, Regular Labs,

We are attempting to purchase Articles Anywhere Professional with a credit card. We are getting the following message:
Your payment could not be completed.
Hello Nancy,
Unfortunately the payment failed and your order could not be processed.
Please try to order again using a different payment method.
Order again

We know that the credit card is good because we have used it recently.

Can you advise us why the order cannot be processed?

The multiple payments you tried have all been rejected with "Failed 3D Secure authentication".
Which pretty much means they were flagged as potential fraudulent payments.
Doing another 6 tries in a short amount of time only increases that 'fraud score'.

Best thing is to just give it 24 hours and try again.
If that still fails, you could ask your card issuer (bank) why the payments are failing that authentication check.

I also got a message saying that the payment failed.

My e-banking account shows that the payment was successful and the money was sent!

Please check your account and activate the licenses I bought. You have received the money.

Your payments and orders were successful.
As you can see under your subscriptions and invoices pages, all looks fine.
