Upgrading to Joomla 4

Hi.
We currently use Tabs on our website, but are just in the process of getting our site ready to upgrade to Joomla 4. I noticed that Tabs isn't supported for Joomla 4, but we can get Tabs and Accordion which is. Our current subscription runs out in May 2024, is there a way of changing the subscription to be both Tabs and Accordion, so we're not having to pay twice?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for letting me know.
Can I also ask, will the new plugin work like the old one, or will we need to re-build the pages that the plugin is linked too?
For example on this page - sthelens.ac.uk/adults/extra-financial-su...earner-support-funds - we use the tabs to seperate out the different financial support funds, so use {tab Helena Kennady Foundation}
Will this be the same?
