Hello, I'm receiving a 3-D Secure Authentication error message when trying to purchase Advanced Module Manager with a US credit card. This is a work credit card, and I've been asked to purchase a number of Regular Labs extension subscriptions for our website. I've checked that the card details are accurate, and sufficient funds are available. Is this an issue with all US/North American cards, or something else?
The 3-D Secure Authentication check comes into play when mainly international transactions are done via credit card. If it fails, then there are flags that might indicate fraudulent usage.
Best is to try again after 24 hours, ir use a different card, or ask your credit card issuer about it.
