When I click the link that launches the modal and calls the form at requests.realplaces.io I get "requests.realplaces.io refused to connect." Accessing the url directly works fine.
To test yourself and launch the modal go to freshstart.loans and click on either "Home Assurance Program" or "Snap Cash Advance Program" and scroll to the bottom to the RED button entitled "Get qualified now!"

This has nothing to do with Modals, but with your domains/servers setup.
Ask your host about this (or google it).

Thanks Pete. You dont happen to know which of the CSP directives I need to configure? I ask because I dont know how your Modal works, - if its a script or whatever. If you have run into this before you would know which csp directive. Any help woould be great

No, I don't know. The page you are trying to open via Modals is opened using an iframe.
The issue you are getting will appear when opening that site (or any other?) in any iframe, regardless of Modals.
