Hi
I noticed that when viewed on mobile phone, modal links doesn't open popup, instead it opens new page. Is this intentional?
When viewed on desktop resized to mobile size it works OK.
In modal settings Disable on mobile is set No
I use auto convert option on specific class name on a href
Latest Modals 12.3.5 on latest Joomla 3.10.11

It looks like this is down to your custom scripts handling the mouseovers and such.
As you can see, Modals is working fine on mobile on the documentation pages:
