Error 500

Jaume Claramunt's Avatar Jaume Claramunt
Hi.
Since we upgraded our site to Joomla4, modals produces an 500 error when into herzog-dupont.de Timeline extension. Outside this plugin, it work flawlessly.
Any suggestion?

Probably some javascript conflict. Where/how can I see the issue?

No idea... try switching on the Error Reporting in the Joomla configuration...

Otherwise, can you also give me admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a deeper look?

I can connect via ftp, but I seem to have no rights to edit any files.

It seems that is working now.

I had this error on installation, though

JSON Parser error: Unrecognized token '<'

The error could happen due to a temporary server issue during upload. Does it give the same error if you try to install it again?

Hi. Tried again but same error.
Don't worry though, seems that it has been installed correctly.
Thank you!
