After updating Joomla to 4.28 (from 3.10), I reinstalled RegularLabs extension manager, but get this persistent error:

Error connecting to the server: download.regularlabs.com

It is also throwing an error on checking the license key.

Hmmm, and that's likely on a subdirectory with Joomla 4 but not happening on a Joomla 3 install on the same server?

Hmmm, try dropping everything after @ in the FTP username. It shouldn’t make a difference but that might be the problem. If not, I’ll regenerate a password.
