We use several Regular Labs extensions and have been seeing these messages in our error logs for the last few weeks:

I'm not sure which extension this refers to. We are using PHP version 7.4.33 and Joomla version 3.10.11.

Those files are temporary PHP files created for your custom PHP conditions (Advanced Module Manager, ReReplacer, ...) and custom PHP code run through Sourcerer.
So you have some issue in your custom PHP code.
