Update causes major crash

Marcus Stafford's Avatar Marcus Stafford
It looks like some RegularLabs extensions have updated automatically but crashed the site. I'm unable to reinstall them and only a full server restore will show the site again. It's only RegularLab extensions affected and which seem to be causing this.

The error message:

Error
Better Preview cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Advanced Module Manager cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Modules Anywhere cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
ReReplacer cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Content Templater cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Conditional Content cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Cache Cleaner cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
The Regular Labs Library folder is missing or incomplete: xxREMOVEDxx/public_html/libraries/regularlabs
Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed. Regular Labs - Extension Manager cannot function.

If I try and reinstall Extension Manager I get the following:

Warning
Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file codemirror.css
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: lib_regularlabs
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: pkg_regularlabs

I've removed the Regular Labs directories as per another thread and tried again but it didn't work. Everything gets updated regularly so it wasn't any major versions behind.

Site is now restored back but obviously this can't continue. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

The errors should be solved after updating to latest versions. So future updates should go well.
You might need to try a couple of times before the errors/warning disappear.

I tried updating and that caused it to crash again. Any way around this?

Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
