we are using your joomla extensions for years now - we love them, thanks for it:

Now we have a problem in combination Joomla 3.9 in combination your e-mail protection plugin and convert forms extension from Tassos.

The form does not transmitted the Email address filled out in the form via Mail when teh plugin is working.
Tassos and I are a bit in the dark - maybe you have an enlightening solution…… 😉

How do i have to set up the plugin in such a case? I tried around a bit (see attachment) - it works now but I don't know why.

Hello Gregor,

I'm not sure if you resolved this issue or not, but I have the following suggestions:

1) Try re-ordering the Regular Labs Email Protector plugin above/below the Convert Forms system plugin
2) Try disabling it and the email should appear.
3) If you need it enabled, contact Regular Labs support to see if they can assist you on this further.

I changed the plugin configuration - first checkbox to: „not linkable text" - never checked it before - maybe the problem appeared after an update.

Now the Gospelsterne can book their events like before…

Hi Tassos,

when i want to transmit {all_fields} the Mail will not be transferred - the other field_29 was just for testing…
Please check it in the backend - we use Convert Forms now fpor years - that problem appeared a few weeks ago with newly created fields - no new fields will bei transferred… even when you tell the system to transfer all_fields
