DB Replacer

RL_DOWNLOAD_KEY_ERROR_EXTERNAL

After successfully installing DB Replacer, no matter the download key I generate and enter, I get the error RL_DOWNLOAD_KEY_ERROR_EXTERNAL.

Thanks, I tried it out and it did not work for me. I tried different keys, but the error continues to pop up.

Is there a directory I should check for proper permissions?

Even if the check fails for some reason, you shouldn't be seeing the language string RL_DOWNLOAD_KEY_ERROR_EXTERNAL.

Try deleting these folders:

/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs
/media/regularlabs

(You will get other errors now).

Then reinstall DB Replacer.

If you still get the same results: Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a deeper look?
