Hello Peter,
I am using J 4.2.9, Content Templater 11.2.2 PRO
I have created a template. I have been sure to give it a publish date. It is Published: I see it in the Templates component.
I see that all parts of the Templater are published as components/plugins.
I have re-read the docs.
I feel like I have checked everything.
It does not show up when I click the Content Template button in my editor. I have tried using the button and the Joomla dropdown.
This seems SO basic.. what can I possibly be missing?
Can you give me (super) admin access so I can take a look?
And tell me what template is the issue.

Hi Peter,
This is probably not a JCE thing: I changed the UI to use the dropdown from the Joomla icon to show the link to the Content Template, they way you show it in the docs. I have now switched it back to use the buttons. I could see the Content Template dialog in both cases, but nothing shows up in the Content Template list in the dialog
Could you look again, please.
Can you give me (s)ftp and database (PhpMyAdmin) access so I can take a deeper look?

You are still a user on our site, set to Super User. Browse to the front end and go to Developer->phpMyAdmin. You can log in from there.
We have Phoca Commander installed so perhaps that could help access the file system, if you think you need to. Otherwise, you would have to ssh in and that is another can of worms.
Our website is a commercial application that we run on AWS and Azure. We are in the manufacturing world. We connect to all kinds of data sources and most of the application is built with custom extensions. We run MySQL PDO because the php developers use the security feature a lot....
Sprint.dev is our development platform.
