And OR conditions

Hello!
I can't understand how to set these conditions

Country RU include
and
URLs /some/url-1/

or

Country UK include
and
URLSs /some/url-2/

As I can see we can use AND OR operators only for the whole condition.

You can create 2 groups, each with 2 rules.
Set the main Matching Method to "ANY".
And the group Matching Methods to "ALL".

That's what I wanted to do.
But when a new group was created, the matching method was not displayed.
Turns out it only appears if you add more than 1 condition.
