Hello,
We made site updates that we want to tell end users about for only 1 week. Can I wrap our modal in conditional content in order to make it date limited?

Yes, you can make the modal only popup for 1 week like that. Make sure Conditional Content is ordered before Modals.

You could also place the modal tag inside a module and place the condition on the module using Advanced Module Manager.
