Hello,
I use the latest Joomla 4.2.8 and Conditional Content 4.4.4.
Everytime that I open and "Close" or "Save" a condition I have to check-in (in Joomla) the database table xxxx_conditions.
Everything is working fine but after opening and closing or saving a condition I always see the message that I have to check-in the conditions table.

I can't reproduce this issue on any of my setups.
Looks like an issue with your database.
Try emptying your sessions table. And check if your assets table is ok.

Looks like an issue with your database.
