The shop's closed during holidays. But it seems I've to select the days from 25-12-2022 0:00 to 25-12-2022 23:59.
Is there also an option just to select 25-12-2022 without adding the time? Like selecting an actual date and not a datetime?

No, there is no such option. That is the way to do it.
