Dear Regular Labs,
Would like to check does CDN for Joomla! has API or programming way to check if the extension is enabled and to retrieve CDN URL. If there is no available API, could you please provide info how to read the params content for PLG_SYSTEM_CDNFORJOOMLA in xxx_extensions?
The reason being is we have some pages are not handled by Joomla. We would like to know is it possible to have PHP code to programatically replace these pages to CDN URL if the extension is enabled.

No, there is no API to do that. And the public functions in CDN for Joomla! rely on the Joomla framework.
The Joomla (and Regular Labs) functions to get the saved settings for an extension also rely on the Joomla framework.
