I'm trying to setup cache cleaning for Clouflare.

in fact it is a little slower but in the end it gives me the result as usual. maybe it's slower because it also has to clean the cache of all domains?

It will clean the cache of the domains you are telling it to.
You don't have to place all your domains in there. Just the ones you want to clean from that website.
Or leave that field empty, to make it just clean the cache of the current website (see the option tooltip).
