I get this error message when installing AMM and Cache Cleaner on J4 after doing an upgrade.
I also get this error after installing AMM.

Looks like stuff is not getting installed correctly.
Did you try to re-install?
Also, do you have Articles Anywhere and any other Regular Labs extensions installed? Also update/reinstall them.
