On a fresh Joomla 4.1.5 (PHP 8.0.20) I get this:

call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class Joomla\CMS\Cache\Cache does not have a method "cleanCache"

Have you tried reinstalling it?

After that, try clearing the Joomla cache the normal way.
